The Hartwood is known as the BEST restaurant in Tulum. So I say “Go go go!”. Except it opens at 18:00, the tail begins at 17h … and if you arrive like a flower at 20:30, we kindly upon you to board tomorrow. So here we must point before 18h, queuing to get a reservation at 2:00. This is both frustrating and promising. It reminds me of a trendy Parisian restaurant Hispter brandishing the exclusive use of fresh products, with a simplistic decor and a phenomenal buzz. And as always, I plunge. And as always I am having. Hartwood offers good food but certainly does not deserve all this hay.
