Restaurant : "Es Molí de Sal" ( Formentera)

I had been much talk about this restaurant. So much for the place for its bohemian decor and excellent food, says a friend of mine. And I’m not the only one considering the number of boats that dock near the shore.
As much the place is almost magical, so I would be more reserved about the quality of food. My fish was good but not great. For € 30, it is expected much better. My mussels arrived lukewarm, I have not ended. Nothing beats that of Etretat in Normandy. I have not had to get the right day … probably
Too bad, because the terrace is perfect for an aperitif or drink coffee, the view is a sacred asset. And the atmosphere in the restaurant is good child, being family-oriented customer, boho and casual.
But I do not regret it, but I would have liked a more enthusiastic opinion on the kitchen.
I imagine that arriving at the time of sunset must be a delight for the eyes …
