Hotel : "Presidente", Havana (Cuba)

A colonial 4-star hotel in Vedado

Historic Hotel founded in 1928, a little far from the Habana Vieja (historical city) but near the Malecón. I like walking, I had almost 1 hour to reach the center by taking my time. It is a peaceful hotel in a quiet area but a bit remote so.
I loved the reception lounge and lobby for its colonial and classical decor plunging us into another era. Otherwise the hotel has all the standard level of equipment. (Air conditioning, Mini Bar, Refrigerator, Cable / Satellite, Hair Dryer, TV, Shower, Lift, Reception open 24h / 24, internet connection, Dry Cleaning, Currency Exchange, Laundry, Sauna, Pool, Massage )
The disappointment was my room quaint, decor not great, the boarded up windows but had the advantage of giving a view of the sea. I also had 3 double bed and I was having fun like a kid jumping on each other so much not used to have 3 double beds all to myself … 🙂
Breakfast was plentiful but a bit flirty staff. Especially one who asked me when I was free for the evening so that together. But like all Cubans in the end that identify a girl traveling alone …
Which leaves me only to be quiet, I did not have much respite in this country 🙂
