Located by the sea, the restaurant the Blue Note in Monaco offers a « World cuisine » in a simple and refined setting. The terrace adorned with shade sails gives access to a private beach. Inside, a space « cocooning » decorated in light shades and pastels gives the impression of being « at home » with libraries, sofas, large cushions in very light colors.
The dishes are prepared joliments. One has only to see my Thai prawn salad below and palvola my dessert …
