Located by the sea, the restaurant the Blue Note in Monaco offers a “World cuisine” in a simple and refined setting. The terrace adorned with shade sails gives access to a private beach. Inside, a space “cocooning” decorated in light shades and pastels gives the impression of being “at home” with libraries, sofas, large cushions in very light colors.
The dishes are prepared joliments. One has only to see my Thai prawn salad below and palvola my dessert …
